How hard is it to create a pc care product like avast, advanced systemcare pro and the rest. What would be the cost?

You're kidding, right? WHO KNOWS? ALSO, you have to keep it up to date. And how do you garner trust?

Those figures might be real LOW! And antivirus/PC maintenance routines is one of the WORST industries for a neophyte to go into. WHY? Because THOUSANDS, perhaps MILLIONS of people all over the planet are working AGAINST you, just for viruses and trojans. Add in bad coding, and you may be talking abut TENS of MILLIONS of people around the planet. Your software could literally become worthless in a SECOND! That means you must update it which means continuous research and updates. Check it out, all the routines, symantec, panda, mcaffee, etc... all have an update facility and recommend running it all the time.

ALSO, one of the biggest tricks in the industry is a trojan masquerading as an antivirus program. Without a reputation, MANY may not dare to use your product.
