What Is the 1st Thing U Do When Ur Site Get Hacked ???

Hey, I just wonder what will U guys do when U find out 1 of Ur website get hacked by someone, who left his identity ??? What is that mean ? Is that mean the hacker wants U to contact him ?

I ask this question because 1 of my website just get hacked and the hacker left his msn. I hope this is the signal of good sign, that the hacker only wants to play with me and not intend to do harm things to my websites.

So, please tell me what U guys think and how I should solve this kind of problem. TQ very much Warriors !!!

    I had this happen once- I contacted my host and they admitted they had not applied a security update that left all of their servers vulnerable. The apologized, gave me a credit, patched the hole and applied a backup to restore the site.

    I never contacted the hacker, heard from them again or think anything was done to track them down by the host. I don't advocate doing anything the creep asks in principle. Its kind of like "we don't negotiate with terrorists".

    Its really bad thing when someone hacked your site and due to good fortune, I haven't yet experience like that.
