Default The most unusual places to get it on

Got an email today with the subject "unusual places to get it on".

Interesting. Verrry interesting.

After all, I'm an adult (for the most part) and I enjoy public displays of affection with my girlfriend.. but not so much that we get arrested

I was tempted to open & read this email but I didnt. I knew it was spam, and the content of that email could open my computer to a variety of nasty little critters of which eat files, rename them, slow down my computer to a crawl, or install vicious computer worms, viruses or distructive trojan horses.

For some reason, I decided to do a google search on the subject line of that spam email. The results I found?..

Very few resulted in websites that were related that subject line.

In fact, most of the search results were websites & videos about v-i-a-g-r-a adverts and related topics.

What did I learn?

1. Of course.. never open email that could be spam. It can render your computer useless and COST you time (computer repair) and money out of your own pocket. The idea here is to..

Make decisions that yield MORE money, not less.

2. If you ever question weather or not any email is spam, do a web search with the subject line in "quotes". Your computer & your curiousitiy will thank you.

A quick web search can give you piece of mind, and maybe even uncover a few ideas that you can use to serve people better.

3. Spam as a marketing tactic.. is stupid.

If you're anything like me, you get more spam than legitimate emails that you enjoy reading. My opinion of the people that spam, are like sheep. They follow the herd or act in a "monkey see, monkey do" kind of attitude.

They think nothing of giving people real value. Instead, their sole focus is to get money.

I don't care who you are, or what you're doing, stop doing things and making decisions just to get money. Try this..

Give people value.

Give people what they want. Supply a need and do it better than the next guy. Copy an idea if you wish, but make your offer different. Make it more valuable to your customer and the money will take care of itself.

4. Spamming is lost leader

To start- It can cost you fines and time away in court or jail. You could also wind up paying more than you make to lawyers, attourney's and.. fill in the blank. if you're caught. Sure, you might make a few quick bucks, but if you want long term wealth, don't even think about it.

Wealthy people give value and lots of it.

If you have the mindset of a spammer, you'll never be wealthy.

5. That's one of the best headlines I've seen on the subject

You could do lots of things with that headline and give people value. I could too.

Something like "10 unusual places to get it on" or something like that.

Articles, a free report, even a video that describes places that are fun for couples and they won't get caught in the act.

You could attach an article to a blog, and have the blog link to a video that is attached to an affiliate program. Use your imagination.

I should have said "Perceived value".

If you think about it, theres no such thing as "value" by itself. Diamonds are only valuable because the masses agree that they are.

Thats why its very important to only open messages from trusted sites..and only open the messages we expect tor receive..and always avoid opening porn sites to minimize your computer from getting infected..

I once received an email saying that I have been recorded on a hidden camera and someone has uploaded my video on a video site. I hesitated, but the message was from one of my friends from facebook so I opened it up and bam I had about 20 files being downloaded by my browser and I tried to stop them but too late.

I got infected by malware and now my computer started to show ads of porn sites. Some people might think it's a great thing but I hated it. Then my computer started slowing down and there came a point where it took me 48 minutes and 22 seconds to turn my computer on (yes I was sitting there with a stopwatch). I then had to format my whole computer and had to lose 3 reports I wrote and hadn't uploaded to the internet.

I was so pissed off that I went crashing on my friend next day of school and he had no idea what I was talking about. He logged into his facebook from his cell phone and found out that messages have been sent to all of his friends about that "hidden camera video". Obviously, his password was stolen and someone was using his account.

But, here's what I learned. Never trust an email, even if it's from your friend. Always backup your important date and also upload it on the internet and more.
