website disappeared from google after editing site

my website dissappeared after i edited my sales page with alt image tag, and meta title description and keywords. I did this on all the website pages. I am still ranked for one of the keyword on google though.

Should I remove the meta description on all pages that has duplicates meta description, maybe this has caused it?
