What do you do when you are really helpless and it seems that nobody really wants to help?

What do you do when your rent is due and you don't know where to get the money from?

What do you do when you are flat broke and there's no hope of getting money immediately?

What do you do when you don't know where your next meal will come from?

What do you do when you are in a hopeless situation?

What do I do?

I lie down in the bed and pretend as if I'm asleep - No. I pretend as if I have fainted - No. I pretend as if I'm dead - No. I pretend as if I'm non-existent - No.

I pretend as if the challenge or problem is asleep...dead...non-existent- Yes, that's what I do.

Why?

I pretend as if the problem doesn't exist so that I will not die before my time.

    What I do is stop thinking about the problem -- and focus all my attention on finding a solution.

    Dwelling on the problem and how bad it is just drains time and energy.

    Not sure I agree with pretending it doesn't exist... pretending you don't have a problem doesn't really change anything.

    All it takes is a different way of thinking, and a change in mindset.

    Simply punt. Take it one day at a time and handle what you have to at that very moment during that day, get it done move to the next day. Sound off on friends, be angry - not at them, but just at the situation. Sound off - calm down and do what you need to. As long as you are taking steps to correct the situation you won't totally freak out and lose it.

    Worrying is a sure way of making the unwanted result happen. So first get angry and blow it out, then get busy and keep yourself moving forward.
