I didn't known anything about the **** berry scam. I do know that **** berry is loaded with vitamin C and beta carotene. It is a very nutrient dense food, but I don't thinks its a miracle food.

I buy organic **** juice by the case - it is awesome - blended with pomegranate and blueberry - it's beautiful!

I don't buy the MLM brands so I save about $10 a bottle going around all the super-fad stuff -

I was actually watching a special on the **** berry market last night. There were 2 doctors on it that had been studying the berry and they said that while it is like a super fruit for anti-oxidants, there its not medicine and there's nothing that infers that it can help lose weight.

However one of the benefits of it is apparently it is primarily grown in the rainforest and the industry employs about 40,000 people in various facets in that region and due to the money it makes it has made people slow the cutting of the rain forest, they dont want to kill the geese that lay the golden eggs i suppose.

The thing is and I am not talking about statistics or doctors but from real experience.

I was not taking the crap they sell for diets with the powders and cleanses. I was not trying to lose weight - I was not dieting.

I lost weight drinking **** berry juice - about 10 pounds and didn't even know it. Just drank about 3 - 6 ounces a day on an empty stomach. morning and/or night.

Doctors can never say anything good about anything that promotes health or that they are not paid under the table to PUSH (as in drug pushers).

They have had something to say negative about everything natural from vitamins to herbs to organics - They have no interest in anyone staying healthy and avoiding them.

With that said 99.9% of the junk you see to lose weight is either dangerous, a ripoff or clueless - you still need to diet and exercise, no matter what.

      p.s. Goji is great too.

What is health? What is ailing health?

Sickness is brought about by the lack of good health. These berries make up for a lot of lack of proteins, vitamins and such.

Doctor prescribed meds are only good to fight bacteria and diseases brought about by our natural resistance failing as a result of lack of good health.

No amount of doc prescribed meds can compensate for good natural health
