Let's roll.....here are the picks for week 5. As always....I am flat betting $1100 to win $1000....against the Las Vegas pointspread...
This week we have 5 stone cold locks......4 of which are undergods....cuz when you'se bet a dog...3 things can happen and two of them are good....an outright win...or a pointspread cover! Good luck peeps!
1. DETROIT LIONS PLUS 13.5 points vs. Minnesota Vikings.
Look the Vikings have been my team since I was a little kid. But this team has no business being favored by nearly two td's over anyone...even the pitiful, pathetic...Lions. If Detroit Wins this game outright..I won't be shocked. Detroit covers this large number against a team that can't really score.
2. OAKLAND RAIDERS....PLUS 7.5 points vs. New Orleans Saints.
The Raiders as predicted quit on their previous (now fired) coach.....and did so intentionally. Look for them to rebound this week and cover the number or win outright.
3. INDIANAPOLIS COLTS MINUS 3 points vs. Baltimore Ravens.
Baltimore's defense has more heart then The Tin Man times 100....but it won't be enough against an Indy team that isn't close to their best...but in this game...they wont have to be. Indy cover the 3 points no sweat.
4. NEW YORK JETS MINUS 9 points vs Cinny Bengals. This is a Jet team that aint all that. But Cinny shot their wad last week vs. Dallas.....and the Jets....cruise to a pointspread victory against a spent Cinncy team this week. Play the Jets and Bret Farvre.
5. NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS.....PLUS 4.5 points vs. San Diego.
Are you'se people kidding me. Do you really think the New England dynasty is ready to fall against a battered and beat up San Diego team? How dare the oddsmakers actually make this team an underdog against the Chargers! Randy Moss lights it up...and bet your money on New England...and you'se are getting 4.5 points to boot!
