Mac Audio Mixer?

There is a cool feature on windows Vista and 7 where you can control the audio levels for specific things... e.g mute a firefox video and turn up the Skype etc...

I cant seem to find the same feature for a Mac... is it possible on Mac? perhaps there is software that can do it?

    I was looking for something similar a while ago and came up with one program but I don't remember the name.

    I would try asking the question on a Mac forum, you'll get a much better response.
