How do you (or can you) make a CD track repeat for the full-length of the CD?

Hello Warriors:

I have a ten-minute-long recording of a hair dryer (yes, really ). If I burn it to a CD, is it possible to "expand" it so that it goes from 10-minutes to the length allowed by using the full capacity of the CD, without having any pauses (like there would be if burned like a music CD with a number of tracks)? (Hope that make sense).

If so, how?

Tommy.

You can use the free version of express audio editor, and then cut and paste portions of the audio until you have it to the desired length. I did the same thing w/ a fan noise to help my son sleep about a year ago...

I think you can use Audacity and set it to loop.
It's been a while though so I could be wrong.

You could also use Windows Movie Maker, it is easy to use. However if you haev Windows 7 you have to download it. I used it when I had XP and I liked it, easy to use and you can loop stuff. For Windows 7 Movie maker is different and I haven't been able to figure how to use it for audio. I also have Audacity, I have been able to trim length of songs but I do not find this software to be that user friendly even though many people swear by it. I guess I have to play around with it.

    Good Luck.
