Help! Not getting my email notifications...

Hi everyone!

I'm having a problem with my email notifications from the warrior forum.

I set everything like I'm supposed too (I think...) in the user control panel but I still don't get any emails when someone is posting on a thread I started or when someone left a pm.

Did anyone experienced this before? How can I solve this?

Also, even if I registered to have notifications for the WSO of the Day, I don't get anything either... :confused:

    your best bet is to email the helpdesk, I don't see what else you can really do.

    Hi,

    Are you checking the actual post? When you post click on "go advanced" - then you'll find a drop down box called "Notification Type" - use the drop down to select what kind of notifications you'd like for that particular thread.

    This has just started happening to me over the past few days. I didn't realize I had PMs but in fact I did. I've always got email notifications immediately but for some reason they have stopped.

    I think I too will need to contact the helpdesk and see if they can help.

      I had to change to another email address to get my account verification mail.

      Not entirely sure why, but it might be worth updating your account email.
