I have been thinking about this for a while, I saw a free video from frank kern not too long ago.

Frank claimed to use use a technique that would be considered to be really weird by a normal people(he admitted it himself) and said that it transformed his life.

I also found a video where some australian guy talked about creating movies in your mind with frank(mindmovies dot com).

so did this stuff work for you(if you tried it that is)?
or is it just a bunch of crap made up by guys who market themselves as self help gurus to pull money out of your wallet

"The Secret" is new age BS. Making movies in your mind is an old NLP visualization technique and can be very effective.

Actually it has been around for ever.
I will agree though that calling it the secret and presenting it like they do is new age BS.

Visualizing is very effective in creating what you want, as apparantly thinking you have a million dollars, and actually having a million dollars is very similar. You have to generate the feeling of already having the money, and the universe doesn't know the difference. So visualizing or creating a video clip in your mind can be effective, as it is creating the thing that you want. It should also make you feel good, and feeling good is one of the essentials for getting what you want.

Will let you know when I finally crack the code, but have some small proof already!

I've seen Mindmovies.com and I think the real benefit comes if somebody isnt feeling positive about what they are doing. Seeing images of what you want to achieve I guess reminds you of why you are doing what you do which I guess is easy to forget when your having a hard time

It's a good read, and if you're really oblivious to this kind of nonsence-psychology product then you'll find it to be motivating. But after a while it wears off, and suddenly you'll just find your copy tossed around on a dusty corner. Mine was :p

p.s. "The Secret" believers have this weird symptom in believing in genies a.k.a 'the universe'
