Is upgrading a Paypal spending limit safe?
Keep getting these notices that my spending limit is close and that I need an upgrade.
What bothers me is that they want direct linking to bank account.
Thats just TOO MUCH personal information and access, to me.
Has anyone used alternatives or do you feel safe giving them access to your bank account?
At least with a credit card, its somewhat of a buffer.
