So who wins the NBA Finals?

Well, the rematch from 2008 is here, and arguably the NBA's biggest rivalry, the Celtics and the Lakers. Just doesn't get any bigger than this. I expect this to be highly emotional, down to the wire games, very physical series here. Before I give you my prediction, let me analyze this for you:

The Lakers and the Suns had a great offensive series, with over 100 points per game from both teams. It was an offensive explosion. The Celtics and the Magic, on the other hand, had a more defensive series with some good offense sprinkled in here and there. I just think that the Celtics will neutralize Kobe's supporting cast with their punishing defense but Kobe himself will still make the toughest shots out there, just not as many as the Celts will contest each and every one of them. With the big three of KG, Jesus, and the Truth, along with the "quarterback" and very dangerous Rajon Rondo, the Celts have the hard-nosed defense that will leave the Lakers pulling their hair out all series just trying to find the weakness in it. But the Lakers can find ways to score and score in bunches, however that defense will keep them from getting good looks.

So, my prediction: Celtics in seven. Expect every single game to go down to the wire, but it's defense that wins championships.

Damn, forgot to add a poll to it, but oh well.

Even though I am no fan of either team (GO SPURS!) I don't think the Lakers have a chance. Boston is just as big and has much better defense. Rondo is going to light them up. Plus the Lakers are a little dinged up. Celtics in 5.

I really wanted the Suns but congrats to LA. Now I agree with Biggy - Celtics in seven!

Boston would be on their way for a 3-peat if KG wasn't hurt for the playoffs last year.

Kobe's gonna get his every game but Bostons defense will keep the supporting cast quiet for the most part.

West coast = Offense, East coast = Defense

Boston still has one or 2 left in them.

Both are fairly deep teams but Boston in 6.

    Lakers in 6 games!!

We're 2 years older, smarter, better and we won't get pushed around this time plus we have the home court advantage.

Celts will lose at least 1 game at home and we will lose none.

Game #6 will be played with the Lakers leading 3-2.
