Warriors,

This works GREAT for me in making more money... Good "FITNESS".

If I am in great shape or just running, swimming, and cardio like pushups, pullups, and situps, I perform 10 x's better but there is a however...

OK However, now that I have had an ipod/shuffle for the last two years I "DO" like my music as that helps me in moving to the beat faster.

*** Here is my question: I am so tired of stomping through YouTube for some new tunes. I am curious to know, what fast pace artists and music could you advise that is not too old in order to get things moving again in everyone's physical fitness arena?

I do believe that great fitness will help everyone here making more money.

OK -> What is your flavor of training music? I would appreciate the share so that I and others can reload our ipod's/shuffle's with the newest and best rock, alternative or whatever music.

I have Chris Daughtry, Nickleback, and Breaking Benjamin... Good but getting OLD!

{Music >> Training >> More Money}

Thanks,

Summer is here... Let's GO!!!

Cheers,

Warrior2008

*** Thanks Mod for the topic move, I willl watch that more carefully :=)

Why does it have to be new?

Why not be open-minded? You say want variety, so live a little. There are some older songs that are good.

Also, it seems like you prefer guitar rock, nothing wrong with that, but just wondering if you are open to synth-rock, dance, rap - new or old?

The reason I'm not going to answer yet, is that your deifintion of what you want seems so narrow that you will discount anything I suggest.

Also, if you are looking to help ALL Warriors, then what YOU like doesn't matter as much as what could potentially help everybody.

    Rock on!

I agree totally that fitness is vital to living and working "vitally". BUT -

I like music, therefore it is a distraction that causes me to lose focus on what I'm doing. For me, when music is playing, I listen to the music. During training music is bad.

I train with a Kettlebell. Once you know how to use them properly they create their own rhythm, which is very enjoyable.

I used to train with Kettlebells. I liked them.

      As far as music...

I recommend something by Mozart since you stated 'nothing too old.'

But I really never liked listening to music while I was working out. I'd
recommend you try doing it without music and focus on the inner, more.

Kettlebells. I better google that one. Sure, that sounds interesting! I have not yet had that experience. I will have to check that out.
