The latest "urban legend' going around is how some kids are using
binaural beats with their portable MP3 players to get high.

What I'd like to open the discussion on just what you think or feel about this:

It won't be too far into the future where a kid can "jack, hack, or crack" his own
mind with technology.

So let's suppose, for the sake of argument, that someone could get high from
certain audio files. I don't just mean a feeling of wellness or ecstasy. I mean
snot slinging stoned. Loss of critical judgment and severe impairment of eye-
hand coordination.

Should the 1st amendment of the Constitution granting the right to free speech apply
to digital delivery of doping?

Should an age restriction be applied like video games? (That works good, huh?)

Just think how "viral" something like this would be. It would be a near impossibility
to keep something like this away from determined child.

One thing's for sure, it's going to be a brave new future!
