FREE sales page graphics? Arrows, buttons, headers, etc?

I've been looking around like a madman looking for some graphics for a sales page.

I'm looking for cool arrows, testimonial boxes maybe, buy buttons, etc. Just cool graphics I can use to customize my sales pages.

I'm not looking for squeeze page templates or sales page templates. Just graphics.

I tried searching google for these things and signed up for a couple of lists. I found one package though, from thewebsiteboss.com, however all of the images in the package are in PNG form so I have to actually open each image to even see what it looks like.

When I open up the folder I saved the graphics in...It's just a general icon that when clicked brings me to the image of the photo.

I'm kind of hoping for a big open page where I can just click "copy image" then "paste image" into the sales page.

I have graphics editing software.

Does anybody have any idea how I can accomplish this?
