Vegas Vince NFL picks for November 2

I realize that there are people out there lighting candles and praying that this is the week I take a nose dive...as the past 3 weeks have been awesome.

My picks have gone 12-6 and 1 push---- the past 3 weeks, documented on this forum....and that's against the Las Vegas pointspread. And anyone who knows sports handicapping knows that's kicking ass....as total profit for the past three Sunday's is a cool $5400.00.

Here we go...our picks are in bold on the left.... with the pointspread we bet ..noted.

MINNESOTA VIKINGS MINUS -5 points vs. Carolina Panthers (Very strange line out of Las Vegas? My Vikings are a bad football team...and yet they are favored over the much better Panthers this week by a lot of points it seems. Las Vegas is almost giving away the game with this line....I'll play the sucker line hunch and take Minnesota here....cuz this line is out of whack...and the public is all over Carolina.)

NY JETS PLUS + 5 points vs. Buffalo Bills (Neither team is good. I'll take the Jets to stay close)

TENNESSEE TITANS MINUS -4.5 points vs. Green Bay. (Not a particularly strong play...cuz Green Bay can light it up...but Tennessee at home....is always strong...and this is a well coached team.)

DENVER BRONCOS MINUS -3 points vs Miami Dolphins. Caught a good number on this one...and oddsmakers give Miami too much respect this year. I lay 3 with a bad Denver team who should be able to beat a worse Dolphin team by more then 3.

NY GIANTS MINUS- 9 points vs. Dallas Cowboys. (This is another strange line...considering the public loves to bet Dallas? Hmmm? Seems like a lot of points to me...and yet....maybe that's the idea...get everyone to bet Dallas. I'll take the Giants to cover this big number....cuz it seems like they're begging people to pick dallas this week. ) Let's roll, Steve Waggs!!! These boys are your team right.


SEATTLE SEAHAWKS PLUS +7.5 points vs Philly Eagles. OK..Seattle is horrible. I bet against them last week..and won. Bet the Eagles and won. This week...we go the other way...and look for a close ugly game....and I'll take Seattle with the points.....

DETROIT LIONS +PLUS 12.5 vs Chicago Bears. The horrible Lions could win this outright. Or they might get their asses kicked in a blow out. In either case...I'll take the large number against the Bears...as this is an NFC Central rivalry...and I expect it to be close. Play the Lions...take the points.

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS PLUS +10 points vs. Tampa Bay. ( There is only one compelling reason I'm picking the lowly, horrible Chiefs..and that is this: AS A HOME UNDERDOG....THEY HISTORICALLY HAVE COVERED THE SPREAD MORE THEN ANY OTHER TEAM IN THE MODERN ERA...I'll play with that trend....even though they suck. Play KC as a big home dog.

As always...we lay $1100 to win $1000 on each of our picks....
