PayPal Hong Kong?

Every now and then, more often now, when I go to paypal, I get redirected to the hong kong version of paypal. I am in California. Is there a way so I don't get sent to the hong kong version?

I don't have spyware, malware, any kind of ware or virus. So, I am not sure why this keeps happening to me. Any one else experiencing this? Did you fix this, if so, how?

    Maybe it's in your cookie somehow. You should try to cleaning out all the history and cache.
