Moneybookers

I've had such great advice here in the past, that I'm coming back to you all!
I have a possible client in Egypt who cannot use paypal and has asked if he can pay me using moneybookers. Does anybody have experience of using them? I'm especially interested in the fees I will have to pay (if any). I live in France and it looks like the fees to withdraw to a visa card are 1.80 Eur (if so, much cheaper than paypal). As the client will be making an initial purchase of 10 USD, I don't want to end up with a hefty fee.
Any ideas, suggestions will be gratefully received
