Once Ohio went to Obama, NcCain lost any reasonable chande to win.
Unless he somehow tkes California and if he did it would be way to obvious.

  • Yeah Ohio is in bad shape right now, not that we're any worse off than any other state it's just a proud state with a blue-collar mentality, jobs are scarce and I'm actually lucky to have a job right now. We've had 4 companies in my county alone move out or shut down. That's 1 reason why I am pursuing IM and affiliate marketing. I truly believe the only way to combat this economic recession is by tapping into a global market and there is nothing more global than the internet.

      Thanks!

a word of advice - get out of Off Topic... you won't learn much about business in here
Main Internet Marketing Discussion Forum will be much more useful to be active in.

If we add in California for Obama, which is a virtual certainty, we have:

    Obama 262 (207 + 55)

    270 is needed.

At this point in time, McCain needs to virtually sweep every remaining state, assuming CA holds true to form.

Add Virginia to that! Because Obama just won it !!!

Now they've got 220... add the 55 from Cali and it's over!

I would say McCain doesn't have a chance in my state, 'Left-Coast' USA - especially in Northern Calif.

However we frequently come up with Republican governors SOMEHOW - it must come from Southern Calif.

I dunno but for somebody that doesn't care, I sure am excited thanks to the OT!

I dunno, I never paid attention to politics 'til now and the OT!

I mean we have had Dem Govs before too, but I think we have had 3 Rep Govs that I can remember.

I think it happens because the South has more population and they are more conservative/rich than the North -

I think we tried or actually did impeach a Rep Gov before Arnold the Terminator. Hows that Rep husband of the daughter of the US Dem 'first family', the Kennedys.

We are DiVerse in California... lol - land of the fruits nuts and vegetables and we even have happy cows (ever see our cheese commercials back there?) yeh freaking talking cows in California. LOL.

Bummer. Get ready for four years of going straight downhill.

They interviewed a black woman at the polls and asked her if race had anything to do with her decision to vote for Barack. She answered, "Yes, it is the main reason I am voting for him." How absolutely racist. What if a white person had said, "the main reason I am voting for McCain is because he is white"? The double-standard is sickening.

Well, congratulations to Barack Obama...the first socialist president of the USA.
