    I'm not surprised....I get around the country quite a bit I can tell you first-hand, people are walking around angry EVERYWHERE. Doesn't take much to set someone off these days....

      Good audio in this clip. I watched it live yesterday. This fight occured during the Novak Djokovic vs Phillip Petzschener U.S Open match last night. A dude who was a fan of Petzschener was cursing like heck throughout the match. A woman got angry with him and told him to shut up. He kept saying "I paid my money, I can talk as much as I like". She slapped him in the face. More insults flew and soon the woman's father went after the guy and fell in the stands.

      In this clip, you can see her slap him in the face.

    Interesting how the old fella seems to throw the first "punch" (if you can call it a punch; more of a limp-wristed slap really), but the crowd seems to turn on the younger guy for responding by (seemingly) pushing him over. (Or did he just fall? I couldn't tell).

    All-in-all, a pretty pathetic display by both parties. Grown-ups doing the type of stuff you'd give a kid a swift kick in the arse for doing.

      Well the young dude talked a lot. Said a lot of smack and was disturbing the peace. Basically the old guy was a hero to the fans I think. He did what they all wanted to do. Only problem is he's the one who went flying.

    The kid is not a grown up, he was just a young punk.
    Too often nowadays people of ALL ages seem to think"I paid my money" gives them the right to be an fouled mouth ass in public without any repercussions.

    Having said that, I got to hand it to the kid for his restraint after the lady slapped him. Instead of being macho he should have called security and had the lady and her hubby/father,whatever it is, removed.

    But when the day is done, like Thomas said: "All-in-all, a pretty pathetic display by both parties".

    yeah at first i thought the old man and women were in te wrong but after lsitening to it i wish the old guy had slapped a "federer forehand" across his punk face and took him out. WHAT a loud mouth.

    Gee...I reember a day when people wouldn't swear in public or to women..I guess those days have long gone!
