I didn't even click on the link to see what it was but since I DONT EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH HSBC, I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

Got a good mind to phone HSBC up and ask them if they have someone working for them under the name of Colette Nugent...

    These scams are ALL OVER! ONE IDIOT JERK actually, according to the company, hijacked a company's call back system and programmed it so it mumbles a bank name, says your CC account or debit card has been deactivated, and then asks you for the number and your pin.

    I tried calling it back, and got a message that basically said what I just said.

    You have to watch EVERYTHING these days. I can't even trust my OWN phone!

    Oh yeah, 80% of the file links in junk email phishing scams load a VIRUS or some such.
