It is well known that Google apparently transgresses legal limits of privacy and copyright. However, the potential dangers inherent in Google's unchecked power go well beyond that:

    Actually, that story is about a dispicable creep who used Googles' technology to commit his creepiness.

    Google didn't sanction his actions, they rightfully terminated him.

      How about the potential for spies, industrial, political, or worse? Most woudn't broadcast what they're doing as that creep did. Most perverts wouldn't either. It can go on for years before anyone is caught.

    Yeh - that's right - we only know about the amateurs that get caught.

    Another ominous 'asleep at the wheel' story.

    Right now Google is 'Too Big to Fall' -

    One day people will start adding up all the little jabs and slaps and stabs.

    Won't matter.
    Too big to fall.
