You need to do a WHOIS lookout to see whether it is registered to anybody and also the expiry date.

If it is indeed currently owned, there is no way you can get it unless the current owner sells it to you. Morover, the current owner may decide to renew it next year and you may never get it.

the domain isn't for someone its secured by enom it self, The domain finished its grace tome for the last owner (40 Days) and then secured by enom

If it is so, you can still place a back order though Namejet. Once a further period of around 30 days expires, the domain is yours if you are the only bidder. Otherwise, it will go to a closed auction. If in doubt, I would contact Namejet about that domain.

eNom does not hold expired domain names for its own use. It appears that there is a new owner and in that case you cannot do anything about it. Without seeing the actual WHOIS info for that domain, I cannot give you any further advice. You best bet is to contact Namejet directly about this.

Kurt has a point here. The minimum you have to pay Namejet is usally $79 but if it goes to auction, it could end up costing you hundreds or even thousamds of dollars to win it.

If your entire business plan is dependant upon a single domain name, which you don't own, then I suggest you come up with a new plan.
