Increase my book's sales

Hey mates!

I am new here and I am looking for ways to increase my book's sales. It is printed, only - no ebook. It is an how-to manual. Can you recommend some threads or methods being useful here?

      PS - as to the OP - I highly recommend you check out a book by Dan Poynter called The Self Publishing Manual - excellent material on promoting physical books.

          I do not know of any links to German sites. I do know plenty of non-german links.
