funny to see how ads have evolved from the old days to now.

    Funny how they can really stick in your head, too (not funny, I guess -- a lot of money was spent in designing them to do just that!).

    I recently used a youtube video of an old commercial on my website. The commercial was for Slinkys. Brought back memories. Though I hadn't heard the jingle in decades, I remembered it instantly. I'm guessing that most of you who are children of the 1960's remember the tune, and probably many of the lyrics from that jingle.

    Interesting...and maybe a little bit scary!

      I think some people are just like slinkys. They aren't good for much, but you can't help but smile when you see them tumble down the stairs...
