Being an online business geek I found myself wondering how that statement applies to business.
Well you really do have to work very hard to keep people happy, especially online. If its not simple, straight forward and seconds away then people get upset.
You really have to understand your customer and what they are going through when they interact with your website and services. This can be especially hard in the online world since there's much less interaction with your audience than in the offline world, but there are plenty of cool conversion analysis tools that can help you with that (I posted some on WF here).
