Black Friday's Coming!

This year has gone by so darn fast! Anyhow, thought you all might like to know of a site that lists all of the Black Friday ads for nearly every company under the sun...

Black Friday @ GottaDeal.com - 2008 Black Friday Ads - Official Black Friday Deals Site

I love it because you can sit there and make out a list (and a map) of where to go first and with a 5-year-old boy who wants everything under the sun (not that he'll get it) I can at least find the best deals first.

Anyone who gets up at 5am to go shopping in the cold with a thousand other nuts are insane. At 5am on black friday I will be under my blankeys in dreamland while the mass of nuts are looking for a parking space in the dark and cold to spend lotsa money.

I don't think I've ever been out on Black Friday. My family has never been materialistic ... never needed to get the latest and greatest and expensive stuff.

Either way, I definitely would not be at a store at 5am on a winter's morning just to buy stuff.

I know it's sometimes a hassle but when you can pick up a gift that costs $30 for $10, I'm so there!

Walmart already started. They had a 12 hour event last Saturday. It didn't start until 8 am.

I got there at 7 and was 12th in line in the electronics department. Everyone in front of me had been there an hour. Good timing on my part, lol.

      I snagged a laptop and a 80GB PS3. They're up on ebay now. Figure I'll pocket about $200.

Wow, what a great idea! Good for you! An hour at Wal-Mart sounds like a nightmare.
        Great timing on your part.

So true. I for moral reasons refuse to shop there, but my wife still does.
But I did show her the Black Friday link and I'm sure she will use it to help plan her shopping.

I went to the mall last year on Black Friday and got some cool deals. The year before I was one of those nuts out at 5am getting in line at Walmart for them to open their doors. This year, I will probably be safe at home.

I really truly hate wal mart but i still shop there because theres not a lot of choices around here. boycott wal mart is still on my to do list if i ever get around to it for moral reasons like kimw. just pisses me off how the top are million and billionaires while the cashiers are struggling for healthcare and they try to hire as many p/t employees as possible so they dont have to pay benefits. and they'll have 20 lanes but only have 3 open and 100 ppl are in line and it takes forever cause they're too cheap to hire another $7/hr cashier I know this is off topic but dont even get me started about wal mart

Thanks a lot for this website! I am all into Black Friday. You get such good deals that it is amazing.
Especially i buy all electronic items in this sale itself because on costly items you can save huge amounts of money. I am going to be there in the line, no matter anyone is going or not. Thanks again!

    I love black Friday.
Last year I was in line @ 5am with everyone else waiting for the doors to open. That day I managed to buy about $2,000 worth of stuff for UNDER $1,000. When money it tight especially like it is this year, it really does pay to go fight the crowd to find those great deals!

At Target and Office Depot and I'm sure other stores, you can go and buy the item now and on that day, you can get the discounted price by showing up and giving your receipt for the difference to be credited for you.

Now I know that it works for sale items, but the really crazy rebate items I don't think it will work on.

    Just a thought!!
