I remember there was a thread about this exact same thing last year. I want to say it was around the same time too. I think this is when he goes off and works for a couple months and isn't really around much at all.

I could be wrong as I've never spoken with him personally, but I remember this exact question and concern was brought up last year.

All I have to say is if Jared is still gathering Tree Sap then he's Tapped into a niche
that gives sticky content a new meaning.

Still about a month to go before the sap starts running, so he's not doing that yet. He works at a ski resort making snow in the winter but I know others who do that in Vt. also and they have been laid off already because of all the snow and storms we have been getting.
