When you wake up in the morning?

i wake up 6 AM.

It depends on our daily life.If I sleeps at 12 P.M then I wake up at 7 A.M in morning.

I've been getting up at 4.30am three or four mornings a week to go running. I'm taking my hubby on a 60km trail run for our 20th wedding anniversary next year, and I need to get fitter. The other days I'm up around 6.30am when my son wakes.

It's getting to be mine too, Marian. My friend and I go running through a nearby bush trail and the kookaburras start to sing, and there's a big grey kangaroo who often stands by the trail and watches us pass. It's a fantastic way to start the day.

When I worked for a boss, I would get up at 3:00 or 3:30 AM, and I could set my own hours.

Then, when I started doing IM full time, I would get up at 4:00 or 5:00 AM. That didn't last long.

Weekdays, during the school year, I get up at 6:20 AM to make sure the youngest gets to school on time.

On weekends, and when school is out, I get up anywhere between 7:00 and 10:00 AM. Regardless of the time, the cool part is that I wake up when I'm done sleeping, and not when an electronic rooster tells me to.

I always get up by 6:00am the latest, no matter if I go to be the night before at 9:00pm or 1:00am. During the week when I go to my JOB I am up by 4:30am no matter what. I have always been a morning riser and will continue to do so for ever as the am I get a lot done and have the rest of the day to enjoy life or work more depending on my mood.

When I feel like it as long as it's not past 8:30 - I have a dog who needs his "meds" by then. Otherwise, I don't keep a schedule unless I have an obligation off-line. Right now, all my obligations are online.

Depends on my husbands schedule. If he has the morning shift and starts at 6am we wake up around 4.30am. When he has the late shift we wake up at 7.30am to get the kids ready for school. Either way, I don't see my bed before 2am in most cases

  Me too. I've worked the night shift in my life more than days. In fact,
  out of 30 years only two of them were day shift jobs.
  
  For about two months I've been on a schedule of going to bed just
  before sunrise and getting up about 11 AM. Just before sunrise varies,
  but I'm usually asleep by 4:30 or 5 AM.

I try to get at least 7hours of sleep, anything less and I don't feel my best.
