Do you have visions ?

I do - maybe I'm just semi-hallucinogenic but I have visions especially in the evening before going to sleep.

Concentrating on a visual task prior to bed time exacerbates them.

For example last night I was looking at Google Earth before bed time. As I lay in bed and shut my eyes the world in high resolution opened up in my minds eye. I was looking down on cities and zooming in with the advantage of a full field of vision not a computer screen.

This in turn made me feel like I was a super spy or part of a scifi movie so then I started to see alien worlds and stuff. All while awake and lucid.

I also experience auditory visions where I hear quiet whisperings & sometimes music.

Auditory visions are generally a pain in the ass but visual ones are awesome.

Maybe this is because I am good at drawing & art that my mind does this but I know with some practice I can have a very powerful imagination.

I once felt and saw my body go through the entire process of evolution; starting from a single-organism all the way to a human being. I refuse to say under what conditions that "vision" took place.

    All the best,

Do you think any of those visions are in relevance to a psychic ability that has yet surfaced to your acknowledgement?

Yes sometimes. When I was about 12 I would have premonitions in dreams.

Normally when I would have one of these dreams I would have a sensation that it was a premonition. Then normally some months would pass and the event I dreamed of would happen.

But last night I was not dreaming I was visualizing spontaneously from my subconscious.
It was very nearly a remote viewing experience.

But I see all sorts of way out cool stuff in my minds eye - usually it seems to be working many times faster than my normal consciousness so its nearly all lost.

I think most people experience the same thing.

We've had similar experiences, you and me. It's possible you had a
spontaneous out of body experience. I've had those plus other
      experiences.

      You're fine. Weird, but fine.

No it was not an obe

I have experienced those but when i have an obe there is no doubt as i actually feel myself leaving my body and rising out of it. Also can see the body below.

I have not had many obe's though & don't really understand what aspects of it are real and what is pure halucination.

    Gareth,

There is no hallucination when you have an OBE. Why would you think
    there is?

    I had an OOBE once.
I got a new computer, turned it on and it talked me through my first Out Of Box Experience.

I think that's cryptic-speak for smoking your first doobe. You're
      a doper.

Me? I'm just a lawn mower, you can tell me by the way I walk.
