How do I Create a Digital Catalog?

I sell agricultural equipment (tractors, and smaller machines and implements) in Mexico and I need help in two areas:
1) Help to locate equipment. If you live in a rural area with lots of farming, livestock, dairy and related enterprises, I need to find producers who are buying new equipment and are selling their old still working tractors like Ford, New Holland, Case, Massey Ferguson and John Deere, at a very good low price. Also related equipment. If you think you can help me, and earn a fee, please contact me. I am also entering into used industrial machinery like offset presses, peanut equipment, etc.
2) I also need to create a catalog of my products, to be used as a digital dvd by my salespeople, to put into their laptops and show prospects what we offer for sale. For example, a tractor will be presented in a main photo and five to seven secondary photos to be seen around, and a look-around video of 50 to 60 seconds. What software is the best to do this? Any info will be greatly appreciated.
