    Much questions you asked in a single thread. How can anyone reply for all? Even if anyone then its too long answer so at that time you may going to be confused.

      It is difficult in one sentence answer to your question ...

      What could unite all the questions in one answer may be the fact that I believe in the validity of my opinion ...

      In this case, I'm fighting for my opinions and do not give up until the arguments are not evidence to the contrary ...
