You should look for godaddy promotion - sometimes they have .com for 99cents.

Get a .com domain name about something you want to promote or write about.

I guess you are getting a .com domain for $1. Now you want suggestion for choosing the domain name? But it depends on what methods and niche you gonna use for making from your site.

Michael you need to decide what niche you want the domain for. It isn't as simple as asking what domain you should buy, you need to do some research and find a good niche or a good product to promote.

Unless you already have something in mind that you want to create a blog or website around???

There is a $1 .com domain coupon currently available, I got one the other day myself. Just have a good think about what you want to do, throw some ideas around and do some research.
