What is the best anti theft device-solution to avoid car stereo robbery?

Hello. I was browsing on internet for maybe 4 hours and still can not find any good solution to avoid car stereo robbery. Many brands (almost all) have detachable faces (removable faceplate), but that's a very stupid solution, because even on that way, burglars will steal the main unit... There are some way to adapt or convert a car stereo into a unit that can be removed completely? or there are any brand with a solution like this instead of a dumb detachable face?
