I have to make a vehicle that runs w/out electricity and doesn't not need to be pushed or moved with force. All i need is an idea so i can sketch it.

Does putting a boot up the backside count?

Why do garden gnomes smell so bad?
So that blind people can hate them as well.

    Can you use sails?

No sails. Can't be moved by force.

How about a hybrid flatulence-accelerator warp drive? You
can ignite the methane magnetically with a flux capacitor.

Only thing is you need to run a tube...

If you want to go faster, you'll need a car load of friends -
    with tubes.

But you can get the optional orifice stabilizer multi-tube
manifold. Commonly referred to as the, OSMM.

Try electro-magnetism. Not sure if they consider that a force, too, or not - but it would be impressive nonetheless. NASA might be interested in how you did it to help them power their spacecraft, too. I'm not sure that they have been able to do it yet, but were studying pretty hard before funding got axed.

Telekenisis might work, too. That might also be considered a force, but if you can make a car move using only your mind, how many people are going to want to argue with you about it?
