I have a 3D tv now, wondering if any other Warriors picked one up as well?

I would like some recommendations on 3D blu ray movies if possible.

There's a handful of them available but I heard some aren't worth watching in 3D because the effects are minimal.

Avatar might be a good one in 3D, donno though. A 3D TV will certainly never compete withi IMAX but you know, close enough at home on the couch right?

    friend,
A night at home on the couch ain't what it used to be..........lol

btw - I have to say thank you. You made a post somewhere, sometime and one sentence in it hit me like a hammer. Is not much (or enough yet) but it made me do something and I'm actually earning money so thanks!

Awesome I just got a little 'perma-grin' goin' on

Wish I knew what post it was, that time, at that place so I could see it, but you're very welcome and I'm glad to have helped!

And yea, a night at home on the couch isn't what it used to be, but it's a little better in 3D than otherwise I suppose haha!

It was more of an 'impulse' buy more than anything. Amazon really is the king of conversions let me tell ya!

Yea but the movies made for 3D are way better. The 2D - 3D conversion doesn't compete with dedicated 3D movies at all.

Definitely! It's definitely a game changer in my opinion.

I mean it's not like JAW DROPPING amazing but it's certainly 3-dimensional. If you ask me, the 2D to 3D feature is pretty amazing.

Not a big fan of the glasses though, they kind of piss me off. You have to turn them off then back on sometimes. So my only beef is with the glasses themselves (although I did get 2 pairs for free with the TV so they're probably cheapies )

I also jumped on the black friday discounts online so I got it really cheap. I probably wouldn't pay 1600 - 2000 for it like they are now, if I didn't have one already I'd definitely wait till they're back down to $1000 which is what I paid.
