Which City is the Best for New Years Eve?

This is the time of celebration could you plz suggest me best city for new year eve.

    New York has to be the top one and then Edinburgh is the 2nd best place.

    In 2004 Edinburgh had the 2nd highest number on it's streets behind the concrete jungle New York
