I Received An Infraction For Insulting Another Warrior With This Post

Please tell me where I insulted anybody.

No, I won't say who gave it to me but it's somebody who has clearly shown
over the time that I have been here that he despises me to no end.

I am starting to get sick of this.

Yeah, it's the same guy that follows you around on this forum, arguing with everything that you say.

    Pay him no mind, Steven.

And yet I can't get an infraction even when I try:confused:
I am starting to get sick of this.
I know this is just me Steve, but when I get to somebody like that and I know it's them and not me I tend to enjoy it.
I figure it usually comes from jealousy or envy.

I have that same problem, only offline. When I drive in my car, people are always honking, yelling at me, and flipping me off. It used to bother me alot, but now I just laugh at them.

LOL that's the shortest post he's ever, ever written. Usually all posts are as long as novels. Never thought I'd see a post shorter than 10,000 words. There's a first for everything.

    Steven, you're not playing nice.

I know you realize that anyone can go into your public profile to see that Leslie hit the infraction button on you. But you can also see that he must have realized he was in error and reversed his infraction.

I know you want a little payback, but play nice, it suits you better.

I think Karl Warren reversed it. Not the person who gave it. I checked out the other one given by the same person but I couldn't see the original post on that thread but in looking at the whole thread I don't see what Steven did wrong there either yet he has an infraction for that one.

On another thread some moron plays the race card after being a complete twat and Steven got an infraction by him accusing him of hate speech. I read that guy's posts and I can't stand that kind of ass. On another thread maybe he should have gotten it or maybe not but we all get heated and in strange moods sometimes.

Overall Steven did not deserve the infractions he got over approximately a one month period.

I think infractions can be petty. I don't think I'd ever give one unless I'm in some strange mood and pissed but then I'd probably feel guilty and reverse it.

If someone does something really, really bad, consistently unwanted or whatever then maybe I'd report it or whatever but the last thing I need to be is the Warrior Forum police and get trigger happy with infractions. It says something to me about the ones giving them.

Let the mods do that stuff. It's too bad a % of them have no business being mods though.

Doesn't sound like a bad idea to me. Let's cut out some tongues, too.

Actually John, I didn't realize that anybody can see the infraction. I can't
even see it and wouldn't have known about it had I not gotten a PM. I
still don't know how you see infractions, but like I've always said, this
technical stuff drives me crazy. So no, I didn't realize that people would
know who did it because they can see it. Now I'll know for the future.

And for the record, my making an issue of it was because I didn't
understand why I would get one for this post. I mean I could understand
it if I was nasty to somebody, which I have been in the past, but it was
      a perfectly good post.

At least I thought it was.

I think it could be because you're stating a article directory that is good and then not telling anyone the URL. Could come across as bragging. Just my opinion - don't make a thread complaining about it

      Steve -

Could be he thought the post should have been in the "review" section - because it was a review of a member's site/product.

If you have a few who don't like you - so what? Doesn't affect you unless you give the power to do so....or start a thread to complain about it. Just let it roll off.

If everyone agrees with everything you post - you're doing something wrong:p

The thing is that we insult people without knowing and sometimes with good intensions.

Let the one be insulted, we cant be resposible of all the world, seems hard to be resposible for oneself at times :-)

Just forgive because somewhere, sometime to somebody else you have done the same.

Could be...but EZA is also a member's site - a much less active member!...and they are mentioned in the main forum every day. I don't see the difference. Perhaps I have a biased opinion. LOL
