Very odd trend - it's getting worse

I just quickly scrolled through the WF. Amazing how many new threads I found that go like this:

"I just found this on youtube - what do you think?"

Let me get this straight - too lazy to write a real forum post - and too much time spent cruising YouTube?

When I scan the forum and see 10-12 threads started that are nothing more than "look at this youtube video", I think it brings down the neighborhood

Amazing what people will do to get those little 3-5 word anchors links shown, isn't it?

    Kay, I made fun of this in another thread, but in all seriousness you are right.
    More and more posts like this is why I basically only post in OT,even if what I have to say is business related.

    I have nothing against youtube posting -- but never understood posting something unless you have something to say about the video (music threads excepted since the song is usually the point in the thread and the OP usually puts in an introduction about what types of music, why's et.al.

    Between the "watch this" posts and the proliferation of "how to make XXXX amount in XXXX time threads, I don't stay long in the main forum either.
