To appeal the limitation on your account, you will need to: 1. Submit the online Acceptable Use Policy affidavit. To appeal your limitation, login to your account and select the "Resolution Center" link. On the next page select the "Resolve" button(s) located in the Steps to Provide More Information section and follow the applicable instructions. The PayPal User Agreement states that PayPal, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to limit an account for any violation of the User Agreement, including the Acceptable Use Policy. Under the Acceptable Use Policy, PayPal may not be used to send or receive payments that support pyramid or Ponzi schemes, matrix programs, other "get rich quick" schemes, or certain multi-level marketing programs. Without seeing the product, I can't say for sure.

However, is it possible you have a disgruntled customer who could have reported your product as promoting anything related to multi-levels. Just a thought.

    All the best,

Hey, Thanks for your input Michael Even paypal didn't see my product. They gave me the WSO link directly, saying it's violating there rules. Though product is "eBooks Guard" which itself says everything. No Idea what they are up to.

My psychic powers tell me that PayPal believes your CashXSystem is a "get rich quick" scheme and your software is just a trick to get people into it.

If you think Paypal only checks the description, well... Maybe you should read what they have to say on their site. The message you show implies that this is due to a promise for cash that is unlikely to happen, or may violate US rules. That means things like ponzi, MLM, or anything promising quick cash, etc... ESPECIALLY if no tangible product is involved.

BTW they do NOT care just about REALITY. They also care about PERCEPTION! THAT is why they ALSO want you to remove any logos, etc... and EVEN the shoppingcart.
