Once it is listed, take a screenshot of the listing. Save the image as a .png file. Give the image a name, similar to f3g9r7.png or whatever name you want. You can save your image as a .jpg if you prefer.

Upload the image to TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting (Photobucket)

Copy the url that is automatically generated when you upload your image to TinyPic and paste the url wherever you want the image of the screenshot to appear. Several url styles are given. Use the [ IMG ] style for boards such as this. If you want to post it in a blog or html website use the < img src="http:// "> code. TinyPic gives you several choices of urls to copy and paste, depending upon where you want to post the image.

For example, here is a screenshot image of the search results on Google for this Warrior Froum thread that I edited in Photoshop Elements and then uploaded the image to TinyPic. I added the border around some of the text in photoshop like in the sample you gave except I made it black instead of red, but that is easily changed.
