I've outsourced and automated tasks to a point where I almost feel guilty collecting my money.

    Well, enjoy it while you can. I enjoyed the same thing for a bit until the people I would outsource to somehow got stupid and couldn't understand simple instructions. Sometimes I'll outsource some really basic things that are time consuming or that I just don't like to do and that makes it worth it.
