Who Has Warrior Advice?
Hoping to get some advice from the community, please let me know if this is the right channel.
I ordered a service from a member here, was told would take 72 hours, maybe a little longer due to order backlog.
I waited about a week after recieving confirmation email from service provider before asking for an update. Few days later, got a response assuring me delivery was on its way with apoligies for delay.
Service provider asked for necessary info from me to complete the project, and I've not gotten a response. This Wednesday will be a month, much longer than anticipated. I can't send a private message due to my lack of posts, new to engaging this community. On another thread the provider is selling a product, I asked to contact me w/ just my order number so as to not interfere with their current, different sales effort
on that thread. I recieved a reply that he doesn't have my email address, I can't contact him privately in the community.
I've tried the paypal order contact info, the email addresses we Have exchanged communication and was hoping someone here could advise me of my options. My last email today to him stated that I'll need to have the order delivered by Monday, or I'm going to express my opinions on this matter.
Please know that I am a flexible, understanding person. I recognize there were the holidays, new years, etc. But, when I see the same provider engaging new offers of his here, responding on the threads, and I can't even get a quick heads up for a purchase I made to him for a service undelivered, I'm dissapointed. I've even said to just refund me my purchase if he can't deliver, no harm, no foul. I just want to know what's happening!
So, any advice how to find resolution here? Your opinions are greatly appreciated, pardon if this is not the proper channel. Some direction where would also be really appreciated!
