        LOL

No problem, I was just curious.

As far as stress goes, just about everything causes me stress.

However, the real danger is in those things that cause stress, without us being aware of it. At least we can do something about the things we're aware of. If you follow.

        All the best,

I used to work in a very stressful environment, consumer direct sales, where you had to sell to survive, but never felt stressed at all.

I learnt how to be able to relax instantly, and never had any problems with it.

When my marriage broke up, I developed severe skin problems which the doctor diagnosed as being stress psoriasis. Eventually it cleared so I guess that there is positive and negative stress.

Positive stress can help you produce your best work, and for many people is an essential ingredient of their lives.

Negative stress is much more difficult to deal with as often you develop physical syptoms without even being aware that you are under stress.

From my own experience, and that of people I have met, women seem to be much more aware of stress than men.

One of the best ways of relieving stress is exercise. It doesn't need to be strenuous. A quiet walk in the countryside works wonders.

I dealt with very high stress in my career on a daily basis. It often times put me in a very bad mood and affected the people around me. Even after I left work for the night, my mood was still impacted.

I'm very much a perfectionist and am very hard on myself, which contributes to my stress.

I find internet marketing much less stressful, so I'm actually doing better these days

Money makes me stressed. Always wondering if I'll ever be debt free. No mortgage. No car payment. How I'm going to get my kids through college. And my oldest is 11. That damn money.
