I had this on my mind for a while now

We all had this "I never thought of that" experience where in we were in a situation where we find difficult; and as we go through it we find someone who has simple and very effective workaround.

With this, lets head on and share some practical and simple useful knowledge?

-Good Sleeping tip: If you have an analog clock in your bedroom change it to ah digital but still battery powered one. This would eliminate the "tic tac" sound made by an analog clock making the environment more silent and conducive to sleep.

What are your practical and simple useful knowledge? It doesn't matter how ridiculous, weird, unorthodox it is. It also doesn't matter what field it falls in, whether for cooking, washing the dishes, eating, bodybuilding.

The thing that matters is that it is effective, simple and efficient.

    Here's one that comes to mind: If you feel a charlie horse coming on when you're asleep, jump out of bed as fast as you can and start bouncing up and down. It will go away rather quickly with no pain.

    How's that for weird?

      but that would wake you up completely. lol

      When I get one I just sleep it off. I guess sometimes numbness through pain works
