I stick to writing pet/animal content because it's what I know. So, when I need other types of content I look for writers here in WF and on the freelance sites.

I posted a job on a freelance site yesterday, asking for a writer for very specific content. According to my email inbox, I got a response at 12.44am my time. By the time I had got up this morning, they had withdrawn their application because I was an "unresponsive employer".

Umm, yeah, I tend to be unresponsive when I'm snoring.

It's a shame, I was going to hire her too...

    Haha that's funny, its so dumb how employees or freelancers think they're worth so much that 'unresponsive employers' should not hire them. Their own loss.
