What do you do when tired but do not want to sleep?

Like right now, I am so tired from work. I went straight ahead to further check this forum out. I've read a lot of marketing conversations and I've learned a lot too. Good thing I signed up here. Now I think I need to give myself some relaxation after a very long day. I decided to pause reading topics on the upper part of this forum and found this room, with good people I can talk about my other side Let me stop thinking about anything related to my business, just for a while, I'll get back to those topics later

    When I'm having a hard time sleeping, my remedy would always be a warm glass of milk.
    It always works for me. And I'd get a good sleep. Other than that, I'l listen to the radio.
    It's a good way to relax my mind.

    If I cant sleep I normally get out of bed and get a cup of tea and have a quick smoke..sit and watch something boring and find that usually sends me off into a nice sleep hehe!

    I often listen to music and watch TV. Moreover, going shopping is a good choice. There are many ways to make you feel better.

    I'm following a couple of people in twitter who often do hilarious posts. So that's where I go.

    But if you need help to sleep, read an old textbook from university. Always make me fall asleep in less than 5 minutes.

    for actually going to sleep when you can't, different things work for different people. for me, a relaxation hypnosis or delta binaural beats track (which not only relaxes you but actually releases melatonin) and possibly a combo a relaxation agent (magnesium, certain herbs, usually) does the trick. if you can't fall asleep, maybe it's a good idea to be productive with tasks that you can do while tired, or just meditate, or do visualization until you fall asleep.

    You can do what you want to make you sleep. But it still best that you will sleep 6-8 hours a day.

    I like the fact that you are reading posts related to business but if you are tired, you should relax and sleep. It not only relaxes the body but also your mind. So when you wake up in the morning, your mind is fresh and ready to go.
