    Well, lucky for you Tiffany, I picked the Jets in the preseason to win the Super Bowl. Now that they've beaten the Patriots (the hottest team in the regular season), I think they will go all the way for sure now.

    The Jets are a complete team to me. Defense is top notch, plenty of weapons at receiver (though they could use one more), and the best tandem of running backs with LT and Shonn Greene. If Mark Sanchez could be a bit better, the Jets would be unstoppable for a few seasons.

    Hello,
    in order for the Jets to win any game they really have to be ahead by three touch downs,
    they always seem to fall apart in the last five minutes, I like them but I hate them just for that.

      Running a prevent defense in the last few minutes of a game will do that to you....especially if the other side has a quality QB that can pick it apart.

      What I can't figure out is how they stumbled down the stretch as badly as they did, then turn it on come playoff time like they seem to be doing.'

      Key to the game this week: Troy Polamalu. The guy has more talent than hair, and he's got a bunch of that. He gets off and disrupts the Jets passing game, Steelers win.

      Sorry to break this to you Tiffany, but I think you will have to deal with a grumpy husband for a week or two. I just can't see Mark Sanchez taking apart the Steelers defense in a big game. Two years from now, it would be an even gunfight, but not now.

      He was talking to me at dinner last night about how he's trying to redo everything he did last week - same jersey, same actions, etc. So I thought, "What the hell! I'll post my Dear God note again."

    Well, Tiff, I am sorry to say that the Steelers will be going to the Super Bowl to face the Packers. The Jets almost pulled off an improbable comeback, but it was not to be. But I think the Jets will only get better from here. Mark Sanchez is really their only weak link - he's very inconsistent.

    Hey Tiffany,

    I'm a steelers fan all the way but I've got be honest. The jets should have won based on how we played the second half tonight I must admit. We didn't put any points on the board and that safety was just stupid on Ben's part. The Jets played an awesome game and my hats off to them.

    he thing that drives us nuts is how with about 7-8 mins to go, they're just moseying along. It's like HUSTLE YOUR ASS into a HUDDLE NOW!!! They waste time. Then they hustle when it's like 3 mins. Please.

    Oh well, poor hubby.

      Funny - that's the same thing that people said about the Pats when the Jets beat them... with 8 mins, it looked like they were taking their sweet time...

      Perhaps they borrowed the Pats game plan for the second half...

      It was another good run. They were fun to watch this year.

    Oh, and I only have a partial connection to the Steelers because my brother used to idolize Terry Bradshaw. He had posters and everything. I was more of a Cowboys fan when I was really young and later became a 49ers fan because I love the passing game they had with Montana and then Young.
