Family Guy is ok after all!

Hey guys,

I have to say ive never liked The family guy BUT ive never actually sat down and watched it either its just something that i just didnt think i could watch.

Anyway my wife recently went out and got a 50" 3D tv and a 3D BLU-ray Player and she has been on amazon buying all films 3D.

My son's watch the family guy and so my wife purchased some sort of 3D version for them to watch, it came with glasses, the film and even a t-shirt all for about a £10.00 from amazon.

Anyway one of my lads put the film on today and as i was sitting at the table on my laptop typing away i actually ended up getting into this film/cartoon or whatever you call it and it actually made me laugh quite a lot to be honest.

It really was pretty funny, i cant say i had the glasses on for the 3D affects BUT it did genuinely make me laugh and it is well made, pretty clever stuff.

Anyway the film my lad was watching was family guy (blue harvest i think) It could be old im really not sure BUT hey if you want a laugh and are old enough to relate to some pretty old films like dirty dancing etc then it should be fun for you too.

Anyway thats enough

      When I am sitting here late at night I oft times switch the tv to the Family Guy.

      I must say that...

      (1) If I take the time to watch and listen there actually can be a story there.

      AND

      (2) I have never managed to watch a full 1/2 hour show!

    I was like that. It took me ages to watch a full episode of the Simpsons and Family Guy. I thought it was just daft cartoons. How wrong I was! I am hooked now. Blue Harvest is fantastic.

    Hey Guys

    Anyone know where to get blu-ray 3d films at a decent price?

    I purchased the new shrek 1-4 3d blu-ray pack but it was £183.00 thats from comet uk which for me is a lot of cash for a few films.

    I know its the in thing and the kids love it BUT i think £183.00 is madness, i could take em to the pictures about 4-5 times for that sort of cash.

    Of course the wife made the purchase anyway and ive been busy watching shrek 3d lol and i have to they are wicked in 3d and ive never seen em before that donkey is sooooo cooool lol.

    Ive been looking around for some cheaper 3d blu-ray, apparently they got to be 3d blu-ray for the proper affects etc.

    Avatar in 3d blu-ray is around £55.00 which again is pretty pricey.
